AtthehousetheDoctorfindsprimitivememorydevicescalledinfostampsandsaystheyhavebeenusedbytheCybermenbecauseofthelackoftechnologyin19thcenturyLondon.TwoCybermenattacktheDoctors,butaredestroyedwhenthenewDoctorsetsoffafeedbackloopinoneoftheinfostamps,somethinghesaidwasthecauseofhismemoryloss.ThenewDoctortakestheDoctorbacktohisbase,inthestablesofanInn,andshowshimhisTARDIS,aballoon(TetheredAerialRelease,DesignedInStyle).
TheDoctorfindsanotherinfostampinthenewDoctor'sluggage,thisonefilledwithinformationabouthim,andconcludesthatthenewDoctorisreallyJacksonLake,buthismemoryhasbeenover-writtenwithdetailsoftheDoctor'slifebytheinfostamp,whichitselfmayhavebeenstolenfromtheDaleks.Lake'smemorystartstoreturn,andheremembershiswifebeingkilledandhissonbeingtaken.

TheDoctorisunabletostoptheriseofthe200-foottallCyberKing,whichiscontrolledbyareluctantly-conditionedMissHartigan,butrescuesthechildren.HethenusesLake'sballoonTARDIStogetuptotheCyberKingthrone,whereMissHartiganisheld.Hebreaksherconditioning,andherhumanangerdestroystheCybermen.TheDoctorusestheCybermen'sowntimetraveldevicetodragtheCyberKingbackintotheVoid,savingLondon.Thedangerover,Lake,hismemorynowreturning,hiresRositaasnursemaidforhissonandgetstoseeinsidetherealTARDIS,beforeinsistingthattheDoctorjoinsthemforChristmasdinner.神秘博士：下一位博士电影网友评论：诶每次都要到快要离别的时候才喜欢上刚开始一点都不喜欢小十还是对九叔念念不忘不过这么多季看下来却也真的很不舍了感觉DTT这几季其实也成长不少演技比一开始好很多了Doctor脸上总是出现的严峻与悲悯表现得挺到位另外重复RTD的本子太烂8年的剧情和特效真的很一般，快结束时doctor的话简直让人泪奔：someonehasforgottenme…theybrokemyheart...倚靠在热气球上的doctor身影是那么的孤独...古代版cyberman~其实剧本写得超级偷懒，基本只是重复了S2cyberman出场的同一主题~最后群众的欢呼也不过是S3季终全球人民打狗血的缩小版~不过，致敬前9代的瞬间，还是贴心的>
